Thanks to Steve Holtebeck for a big bunch of file conversions! Steve patiently waited three months for me to hand-code this diary from the Word version as presented to the Louds at the San Francisco show (see below for your own copy!), then went ahead and did all the work himself in one afternoon. I just added the photos and did some proofreading.
