Monday, Mar 1, 7:00 - 9:00 pm Adoption Academy Core Track begins. The National Center for Adoption Law and Policy and Nationwide Childrens Hospital offer a 12-week educational series, Adoption Academy, which is designed to take the mystery out of adoption for prospective adoptive parents. Participants can register for any or all of the three tracks. The Core Track (4 sessions) covers basic issues that all prospective adoptive parents need to address. The Core Track costs $20 for the first person and $15 for each additional person. July 26 - 29 Pact Camp 2010: A Gathering for Adoptive Families With Children of Color. Pact Family Camp brings together families with adopted children of color to share their experiences, learn from experts and each other, and enjoy each other's company.
